Q: Does Big Block Realty have office space?
A: Big Block Realty has an office in Sacramento that is open to all agents. We have common areas you can work in or if you are looking for something more permanent we have office space you can rent.
Q: Does Big Block Realty Offer Leads?
A: Big Block Realty does not offer leads, but if you were to join one of our teams withing Big Block Realty, they may offer leads to you. We allow you to keep 100% of your commission so you can determine where you want to invest your own money.
Q: Does Big Block Realty Offer Marketing Support?
A: Big block Realty has many options of marketing support and vendors within our office. We have contracted some of the best vendors in the industry from video marketing to Facebook ad lead generation. However we allow you to decide who you want to hire vs. charge you a monthly “marketing fee” for a service you will never use. Here’ you only use what you pay for.
Q: Do we have programs for new agents?
A: Of course. We have lots of training offered monthly plus a new agent mentorship program. Also within Big Block Realty there are several teams who are always looking for new agents to train and bring on the team.
